Husband Notes: "I love my walrus...why is there no walrus emoji?"
............................................................
Due date: February 11, 2019
How far along: 30 weeks; baby's skin is getting smoother and the brain is getting wrinklier
Size of baby: As big as a zucchini
Gender: Baby GIRL!
Total weight gain: 29 lbs.
Symptoms: Headaches are still present this week. Digestion issues are under control for now. General discomfort is just a part of life now.
Physical changes: Skin feeling dry...not sure if it's winter-related or pregnancy-related. My belly button is STILL an innie. I don't think it'll "pop".
Labor signs: Feeling Braxton-Hicks contractions every day
Stretch marks: None
Wedding ring: On
Maternity clothes: Still doing fine without maternity shirts...but if this belly gets bigger...
Diet: Always hungry and never satiated. Pregnancy problems. Sigh.

Food cravings:
• Honey graham crackers - been eating these like crazy!
• Citrus fruits and tropical fruits
• Milk
• Spicy foods - buffalo sauce!
• Chocolate
• Popcorn
Food aversions: Pork? It's the only thing that doesn't sound appetizing.
Exercise: We've been busy, so I haven't walked much this week. I've been doing prenatal yoga at home and it's really helping my lower back issues.

Sleep: I'm consistently waking up at 4:30AM...not sure why. I don't need to use the restroom or anything. I guess my body is just done sleeping at that time.
Miss anything in particular:
Mood: I've been a little depressed this week. I keep having anxiety about how different my life will be. I'm worried about not being able to devote as much time to other people. Now that we know it's a baby girl, I feel like I have this new responsibility to guide her and be an example for her.
Looking forward to: Catching up on sleep. Long week of work and OB appointments.
Worst moment this week:
