BUMPDATE: Week 25


Husband Notes: "You REALLY can't hide the belly anymore"

Due date: February 11, 2019

How far along: 25 weeks; baby is developing more fat and more hair

Size of baby: As big as a cauliflower

Gender: We will be revealing the gender at our baby shower! 


Total weight gain: 22 lbs

Symptoms: Heartburn, indigestion, leg cramps, pelvic floor pains


Physical changes: Belly button is still an innie!

Labor signs: Definitely feeling Braxton-Hicks contractions. 

Stretch marks: None

Wedding ring: On


Maternity clothes: I think I need a pregnancy girdle to help me manage my pelvic pains...

Diet: Eating less but more often is helping me manage my indigestion

Food cravings:
        • Any and all fruits

        • Candy (from Halloween...chocolate tastes really good right now and I wasn't even craving it)
        • Soups and stews
        • Spicy foods
        • Tomatoes in any form...especially grape tomatoes
        • Pizza

Food aversions: No major aversions.


Exercise: Still walking on the incline trainer.

Sleep: Sleep has been okay. Lots of vivid dreams. Waking up a lot in the middle of the night.

Miss anything in particular: My 20s. Haha. I feel like we've been 'planning for the future' since we bought a house and I haven't taken a breath since then. I miss having less responsibility and not having to think so much about the future.


Mood: Happy but tired.

Looking forward to: Our 1-month checkup next Tuesday

Worst moment this week: Stressing myself out about not having enough Halloween candy, but it rained (poured!) and we only got 5 kids...

Best moment this week: Enjoying the last few warm days of fall. I'm not ready to freeze yet.
