BUMPDATE: Week 14


Due date: February 11, 2019

How far along: 
14 weeks; baby has doubled in weight since last week


Size of baby: As big as peach

Gender: Don’t know yet! 

Total weight gain: 7 lbs

Symptoms: 
Headaches and nausea

Labor signs: None

Stretch marks: None

Belly and belly button: Bloat that comes and goes...fake bump alert!

Wedding ring: On

Maternity clothes: Bought some maternity clothes from ASOS, but they're HUGE. Is that how big I'm going to get? ahh!

Diet: 
I still feel like I’m eating a lot of fruit and veggies, but I’m trying to eat a little bit of everything else.  


Food cravings:
        • OJ (a gallon a week)
        • Mint chocolate ice cream

        • Korean food
        • Pizza
        • Apples


Food aversions: I need chicken to not exist right now...

Exercise: Feeling more energetic. Trying to workout 3 times a week for 1 hour. Incorporating more yoga and breathing exercises. 

Sleep: Still g
etting up 4:30am every night to pee and not being able to fall back asleep.

Miss anything in particular: 
It continues to be a hot summer and all I want is an ice cold beer! I’m craving Boulevard’s Ginger Lemon Radler or Shock Top’s Lemon Shandy. And also anything fruited by Side Project.  


Mood: Happy but the nausea feels worse and it's super aggravating

Looking forward to: Having a weekend with nothing to do!

Worst moment this week: Wondering and waiting for our blood test results.

Best moment this week: 
When the mint chocolate chip ice cream hit my lips…I don’t even like mint chocolate ice cream, but I had a real hankering for it!
