Spring Break Slim Down (Week 2)

Hi yu guys!  As some of you may know, I'm toning up for spring break and am tracking it here on the blog.  The first week was and is always the hardest, but I'm finally getting into the groove.  One more week till vacation!
height: 5' 5" - starting weight: 125 lbs - goal weight: 115 lbs

SUNDAY 2/22
breakfast: Nonni's biscotti + coffee
lunch: orange chicken
snack: taco dip & chips
dinner: pizza + chocolate cake
workout: none

MONDAY 2/23
breakfast: banana + coffee
lunch: buffalo chicken salad - grilled chicken, romaine, avocado, red onion, frank's red hot
snack: Arnott's Tim Tam (2)
dinner: mom's shui jiao (20 dumplings)
workout: none

TUESDAY 2/24
breakfast: oatmeal w/ spinach, poached egg, extra virgin olive oil (recipe)
lunch: buffalo chicken salad - grilled chicken, romaine, avocado, red onion, frank's red hot
snack: Pepperidge Farms Brussels (3)
dinner: zucchini noodles w/ ground turkey, onions, mushrooms, marinara
workout: none

WEDNESDAY 2/25
breakfast: oatmeal w/ spinach, poached egg, extra virgin olive oil (recipe) + banana
lunch: buffalo chicken salad - grilled chicken, romaine, blue cheese, frank's red hot
snack: clementine + Pepperidge Farms Brussels (6)
dinner: zucchini noodles w/ ground turkey, onions, mushrooms, marinara
workout: none

THURSDAY 2/26
breakfast: oatmeal w/ spinach, poached egg, extra virgin olive oil (recipe)
lunch: zucchini and broccoli noodles w/ sautéed mushrooms and marinara
snack: banana + Arnott's Tim Tam (2)
dinner: Cleveland-Heath Chop Chop Salad (mixed greens, egg, chicken, bacon, blue cheese)
workout: speed intervals (30 mins), weights-arms, squats

FRIDAY 2/27
breakfast: banana + orange + Nature Valley Roasted Almond granola bar
lunch: roasted chicken sandwich w/ tomato, lettuce, mayo & french onion soup
snack: Arnott's Tim Tam (2)
dinner: zucchini noodles w/ ground turkey, onions, mushrooms, marinara
workout: none

SATURDAY 2/28
breakfast: peanut butter & honey oatmeal
lunch: zucchini noodles w/ brown butter parmesan
snack: clemetines (2) + Tim Tams (2)
dinner: chicken parmesan w/ zucchini noodles
workout: speed intervals (30 mins), TaeBo Abs & Glutes
