Spring Break Slim Down (Week 3)

What a busy week before spring break!  I barely had time to catch my breath, but I'm glad the day has finally come.  I wanted to get my last week of spring break slim down notes posted before I fly off into the clouds, so here it goes.  I've been trying to get my body right for the past three weeks and I think I fared best this week.  I didn't lose much weight, but I think I look a lot more toned.  I was also able to get my reduce my hip measurement from 36 inches to 35.5 inches to 35 inches over the course of three weeks, which I'm pretty pleased with.

I'm going to keep it short for now and will post more about my slim down after spring break.  I want to discuss how I handle cravings and where I find the motivation to workout...etc.  So more to come...

SUNDAY 3/1
breakfast: 4 clementines + green tea
lunch: nachos w/ steak, queso, shredded cheddar, pickled jalapeños, banana peppers, salsa
snack: Arnott's Tim Tam (2)
dinner: eggplant parmesan

MONDAY 3/2
breakfast: healthy banana nut muffin (recipe)
lunch: eggplant parmesan

TUESDAY 3/3

breakfast: peanut butter & banana oatmeal (recipe) + navel orange + peppermint tea
lunch: grilled chicken salad w/ carrots, tomatoes, italian dressing, parmesan crisps
snack: carrot cake cupcake ...because I deserve it!
dinner: zucchini noodles w/ ground turkey, mushrooms, marinara

Spring Break Slim Down (Week 2)

Hi yu guys!  As some of you may know, I'm toning up for spring break and am tracking it here on the blog.  The first week was and is always the hardest, but I'm finally getting into the groove.  One more week till vacation!
height: 5' 5" - starting weight: 125 lbs - goal weight: 115 lbs

SUNDAY 2/22
breakfast: Nonni's biscotti + coffee
lunch: orange chicken
snack: taco dip & chips
dinner: pizza + chocolate cake
workout: none

MONDAY 2/23
breakfast: banana + coffee
lunch: buffalo chicken salad - grilled chicken, romaine, avocado, red onion, frank's red hot
snack: Arnott's Tim Tam (2)
dinner: mom's shui jiao (20 dumplings)
workout: none

TUESDAY 2/24
breakfast: oatmeal w/ spinach, poached egg, extra virgin olive oil (recipe)
lunch: buffalo chicken salad - grilled chicken, romaine, avocado, red onion, frank's red hot
snack: Pepperidge Farms Brussels (3)
dinner: zucchini noodles w/ ground turkey, onions, mushrooms, marinara

WEDNESDAY 2/25

FRIDAY 2/27

lunch: roasted chicken sandwich w/ tomato, lettuce, mayo & french onion soup

dinner: zucchini noodles w/ ground turkey, onions, mushrooms, marinara

SATURDAY 2/28
breakfast: peanut butter & honey oatmeal
lunch: zucchini noodles w/ brown butter parmesan
snack: clemetines (2) + Tim Tams (2)
dinner: chicken parmesan w/ zucchini noodles
